Donate a boat is another way of helping

Going to a boat donation charity site has helped me understand better what purpose these old donated boats may have. I have a family member, a brother in fact, who is in the fishing business and he thought we could help out as he had one boat which was going to be sold off due to some damage that they did not want to repair. I thought that it could still be of some use if it was fixed so I convinced him to just donate this to boatangel.org after reading about them in a local newspaper and their donate a boat program I think is a good example of a worthwhile cause and that boat instead of being just stuck in the dock and collecting barnacles and stuff can be certainly of use here.. My brother gave me the go signal and told me the boat was mine to deal with hence I decided to donate my boat since its already mine.
